Cheer Built for Champions
Northern Arizona Elite at Legacy Sports is Flagstaff's home for competitive and recreational cheer training. Our dedicated stunt floor, spring matting, and experienced coaching staff give every athlete the foundation to perform with confidence and compete at the highest level.
From beginner tumbling and motion technique to advanced stunts, pyramids, and basket tosses, our programs are designed to develop the full athlete — physically, mentally, and as a teammate.
Our Programs
Programs for every age and skill level — from first-time cheerleaders to competitive athletes.
Recreational Cheer
Ages 5–12Introduction to cheer fundamentals — motions, jumps, basic tumbling, and team performance skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Competitive Cheer
Ages 7–18Full competitive cheer training covering stunts, pyramids, basket tosses, tumbling, and choreography for regional and national competition.
Clinics
Ages 8+Focused skill development clinics covering stunts, pyramids, choreography, and tumbling progressions for flyers, bases, and backspots. Perfect for athletes looking to level up across all areas of cheer.
Tumbling for Cheer
Ages 6+Cheer-specific tumbling progressions from cartwheels and round-offs through back handsprings and standing tucks — the skills every competitive cheerleader needs.

Competition Cheer Floor
Flagstaff's only full-size competition cheer floor — spring-matted and purpose-built for safe stunts, pyramids, and basket tosses at every skill level.
Tumble Track, Rod Floor & Trampoline
40-foot in-ground tumble track, a rod floor for maximum spring and rebound, and an in-ground trampoline — everything athletes need to build air awareness, power, and confidence in their tumbling skills.
Experienced Coaching Staff
Our coaches bring competitive cheer experience at the regional and national level, with a focus on athlete safety and skill progression.
