Facility & Equipment
Spring Floor
Competition surface with a sprung system engineered for rebound and shock absorption. Recreational athletes learn cartwheels and round-offs; competitive gymnasts train full floor routines with tumbling passes, leaps, and choreography.
Foam Pit
Deep landing zone connected to multiple apparatus — the go-to tool for building confidence and progressing skills safely. Recreational gymnasts take their first back walkovers; competitive athletes drill release moves and twisting layouts without fear.
Balance Beams
Floor-level through competition height, fully padded and matted at every station. Beginners develop balance and basic mounts; competitive gymnasts train acrobatic series, turns, and full routines under meet conditions.
Uneven Bars
Adjustable width and height to match every skill level. Recreational athletes learn glide kips and casts; competitive gymnasts develop giants, pirouettes, and bar-to-bar release moves.
Vault
Three full runways and tables to accommodate every entry. Beginners work handspring fundamentals; competitive gymnasts train Yurchenko timers, front handsprings, and advanced vaulting progressions.
High Bar
Recreational athletes build swing confidence and basic releases; competitive gymnasts train giants, pirouettes, and high-flying dismounts.
Trampoline & Tumble Track
A full in-ground trampoline and 40-foot tumble track, both feeding directly into the foam pit. Recreational athletes develop air awareness and basic flips; competitive gymnasts use the track to drill standing and running passes at full speed.
Still Rings
Overhead rig for upper-body strength and skill development. Athletes progress from basic support holds and swings through iron cross, maltese, and full swing elements — a cornerstone of men's competitive gymnastics training.
Pommel Horse & Mushroom
The mushroom gives beginners a stable platform to learn circles and basic pommel technique, while the full horse supports competitive athletes training flairs, scissors, and complete routine combinations.
Parallel Bars
Adjustable height for athletes at every stage. Beginners work dips and basic swings; competitive gymnasts train stutz, diamidov, and release combinations that translate directly to the competition floor.
